Activity view
- Use the date range in the top bar to narrow results.
- Toggle between Call Legs and Call Flows to see either individual legs or the full journey.
- Filters remember your choice per tenant.
Calls page
- Search by number or queue and change the date range.
- Columns: start time, from/to, queue, duration, status.
- Saved views are stored per tenant, so your filters don’t leak across customers.
Recordings
- Search by type or call type; filter by date.
- Download recordings directly from the table (if allowed for your tenant).
- See whether each recording has already been downloaded.
Directory shortcuts
- Extensions, Numbers, and Queues live under Directory.
- Admins can manage assignments; standard users may have read-only access.
Tips
- If you see no calls, confirm the right tenant and date range are selected.
- Internal-only calls are hidden; views focus on customer-facing traffic.
- For recording access, ask your admin if downloads are restricted.
