- Choose your tenant (company) in the header; we’ll remember it on this device.
- Use the left menu to open Dashboard, Activity, Calls, Recordings, Directory, and Reports.

Dashboard
- Shows answered vs missed calls and your answer rate.
- Toggle “Flow-based” to view stats grouped by call flow.
- Pick dates in the global bar to refresh the numbers.
Activity
- Browse recent calls with filters for date, answered/missed, and recordings.
- Switch between call legs and full call flows; select a row to see the journey.
- Saved views remember your filters per tenant.
Calls
- Search by number or queue and adjust the date range.
- Columns include start time, from/to, queue, duration, and status.
- Views are saved separately for each tenant.
Recordings
- See recent recordings with download status and a download link.
- Search by type or call type, and filter by date.
- Downloads may be limited by your tenant admin.
Directory
- Shortcuts to Extensions, Numbers, and Queues.
- Some edits are admin-only; ask your admin if you need changes.
